Detra Miller is a faith driven leader passionate about creating spaces where individuals discover their identity, purpose, and voice in Christ. Born and raised in Minnesota, she developed a deep compassion for those who feel unheard and unseen. With an A.A.S. in Accounting and career in Public Health and Human Services, Detra has worked alongside people facing challenges, which sparked her desire to teach, pray, and share God’s love in transformative ways both inside and outside the four walls of the church.

Out of her own healing and restoration came Giving It A Voice, an outreach dedicated to empowering youth and families to live out their God-given purpose. Believing that discipleship happens wherever people gather, Detra works to create environments where transformation can flourish. By encouraging authentic relationships, she helps others experience the same transformative power of Jesus that reshaped her life.

Detra’s leadership approach blends practical wisdom with spiritual insight, inviting others to grow in confidence, embrace their gifts, and fully step into God’s calling for their lives.
